For my idential twins

    my husband and I are having a debate over the name I picked for one of my sons we are having idential twin boy and I want one to at least have my dads middle name so he came up with Jacob Andrew for baby a and I came up with Noah Wayne for baby b the wayne being for my father but no one thinks it sounds right be honest what do you think? should I stick with it?

    It sounds fine to me... i dont understand how it doesnt sound right...? Beautiful names! If you love it.. sick with it! I also love the idea of using family names.. it is so special.

    I can kind of see how it doesn't go. Noah end is ah and Wayne starts with wa, so you get kind of an ahwah blend when you say them.

    I really like Jacob and Noah together though. If you want to keep those two as the first names, how about flipping the middle names to make Jacob Wayne and Noah Andrew? I love that you are using your dad's middle name. That's a really nice way to show your dad how special he is to you.

    If you take the first few letters of Noah Wayne you get No Way. I would personally go with another combo.

    I agree. Swapping the middle names sounds pretty good! I would definitely stick with Wayne somewhere - it is meaningful for you and you should keep it.

    I agree that it has an odd sound, sort of two "wuh" sounds in a row. But Wayne is a very cool middle name, and honestly, he will only hear it when he is in big trouble or graduating. Family names are important!
