Okay, I've ordered the gummies for my girls--actually just one 3 month supply, to start. So, they won't need any other sort of multivitamin if they take this? Also, I've ordered myself the capsules!

I'm so glad you got the JP+. I, personally, get the JP+ Gummies for myself too as I hate capsules/tablets. :D

If you are doing a good job with their diet including lots of vegies and Vit. C in the fruits as well as good Calcium sources you probably shouldn't need anything else. I am a Chiropractor and am all about nutrition.

    Congrats!!!

Well, they're not too bad on fruits and veggies, but can be picky at times. That's why I wonder. Would giving them a multi and the Juice Plus be overkill? I know it's not good to get too much Vit A

At this age, personally, I would skip the vitamins unless there is a real deficiency issue (disease, illness, etc.).

Obviously, keep introducing them to new veggies/fruits prepared different ways so their palette gets exposed to new tastes and they can learn to appreciate/like them.

    Enjoy the Gummies!

If you are giving your kids Juice Plus, then you don't need to give them a multi-vitamin, unless your doctor recommends that they take one. I wouldn't recommend anyone goes against their doctors recommendation.

And, I agree with Cherie, keep offering them the fruits and veggies and eventually they will eat them. Keep in mind, it can take 15 exposure to get your kids to try something and another 15 to get them to be ok with eating it. So, don't give up.

If you have any questions, I'm happy to help since I am a Juice Plus rep. Or contact the person you ordered it through. They should be able to help you. That's why they are there. ;)

Glad to hear that you decided to go with Juice Plus. It's a great product, and it has been a blessing to me and my whole family. :)
