Now that the boys are on all table foods - I find myself giving them the same sorts of things over and over - I was just wondering what sorts of things have you tried that your children enjoy eating? What types of things do you give during snack?

    TIA!

My guys will eat about anything.
For breakfast they eat pancakes, waffles, turkey bacon, sausage, yogurt, toast, fruit, eggs.

For lunch and dinner they love hamburgers (they will each eat one full hamburger-little piggies), hot dogs, taco, enchiladas, pasta, veggies, spin/art dip, turkey, ham, peanut butter sandwiches, fish sticks, salmon, chicken, pizza.

For snacks I give them cheese, crackers, cookies, cereal bars, cereals, rice cakes, breads, fruit.

I still feel like I give them the same thing all the time. It is so hard to think of new things for them. I am so picky and I don't want them to be like that.

Hope that helps and I can't wait to see what else people give their little ones.

We do most of the same foods PP suggested.

I do give mine oatmeal with applesauce for breakfast still along with toast, pancake or waffle. I haven't tried sausage yet, but that is on my shopping list.

Mine love just about anything for lunch, pasta, chicken nuggets, chicken, meatloaf, pizza, grilled cheese, fish sticks, etc.

I always give yogurt with lunch.

Snacks we do cheese, crackers, cookies, cereal-apple jacks, fruit loops, cheerios.

For dinner they have what we are eating. My DS used to be pretty picky, but lately he eats anything, DD has always eaten anything.

    Our staples:

    Breakfast:
    *yogurt
    *applesauce
    *toast with peanut butter
*pancakes (dipped in applesauce or peanut butter, no syrup)
*rinsed canned peaches (in pear juice)
    *bananas
    *cheerios

    Lunch:
    *PBJ sandwiches
    *Quesadillas
    *Chiggen Nuggets
    *Fish Sticks
    *Veggie burgers
*Canned chicken (Costco, mixed with a bit of mayo) in mini-whole wheat pitas
*Annies Whole Wheat Shells & Cheddar

    Dinner:
*They eat what we are having, but their favorite is anything stir-fried with teriyaki

    Snacks:
    *nuts (almonds and peanuts)
    *fresh fruit
    *dried fruit
    *cheese sticks
    *crackers (saltine, goldfish, oyster)

When they were little and just converting over to table foods, we did a lot of canned, rinsed fruits, veggies, and beans. They lived on that! (Examples: peaches, pears, apricots, green beans, carrots, corn, black beans, kidney beans)

The PP's had great suggestions. Mine eat whatever we are eating, and I mean whatever (except seafood and nuts). For example, the other night Grace ate, and enjoyed, sauerkraut! Lily wasn't so fond of it, but tonight Lily ate 3 helpings of veggies. And Monday we had some pretty spicy Chinese beef broccoli that they both liked.

We eat a wide variety of things, DH and I aren't picky about our food at all. We have fish at least once a week and the girls eat that up.

Their absolute favorite snack right now is strawberries. They eat at least a full bowl of them a day, along with cheese, as their snack. I keep thinking they are going to turn pink soon. :)
