Not long after I got home from work yesterday, Julia threw up twice. She was acting completely fine before that and hasn't been sick. I knew it could be a bad sign and the on call at the pedi office said to bring her to the ER. She had to have a CT scan of her head, which was not easy since she was terrified, exhausted (we had been at the ER for 5 hours  ) and she was supposed to hold still for the test. The scan came back normal, thankfully. Needless to say, the crib has been converted. Nap time today will be our first attempt with it since I slept with her in the spare room last night.

thank goodness her scan came back normal! but how scary! *hug* it sucks to have to convert the cribs before you want to (i know, trust me), but it really may not be as bad as you think! (my girls really haven't been as bad as i thought they would be). good luck at naptime! hope julia feels better!

Oh my goodness! Glad her scan was negative and that she is OK. How scary!!

I read in another thread that your transition is going OK. Glad to hear it! Hopefully it won't be as bad as you have imagined. I am sure you all will do just fine. :)
