Flu Shot

    The pediatrician is recommending the flu shot. Our next appointment isn't till mid december. I am thinking by then it'll be null and void since the booster a month later will be peak flu season anyhow. Have any of you opted not to have flu shot. BTW my girls will be 9 months then.

    mine are getting theirs on 12/6.

    We aren't doing it. Even though we are passed the 6 month age, I still think my girls are too tiny to handle any more shots. DH and I both got one though!

    What about making a separate appoinment to go a bit earlier? Our 12 month isnt until December but we will be going in earlier to get them.

    Mine just got their last night ... then we gotta go back in 4 weeks for the booster. And this was only 1 week after their 6 month shots. My poor little pin cushions. they were fine though ...

    Do it! We are just coming off of the flu already--the stomach flu--but it was terrible in our house for the past 3 days. DS, DD, DH and myself all had it at the same time. I can't imagine going through this again!!!

    Mine are getting their shots next week. I think they are a very good idea.
