    Hi Ladies,

I was wondering if any of you had your twins the flu shot? We had our done last week (Monday) and all of the suddenly we are having a STINKY house! The twins stool had changed to yellow-clay (pale). We will be calling the DR about it first thing tomorrow morning. We thought maybe they'll get it over in a couple of days but they are still having that stool color.

We think they have some kind of viral (react) to the flu shots. Does anyone else has similar problem after having a flu shots? like us?

    Thanks,
    Diana w/Rianna and Justin

wow..it's so funny you should say that...our guys had their vacs last Thursday (as in 10 days ago) and their poop was the same way but we didn't get the flu shot..we are waiting for a couple of weeks to get it..I was afraid of them getting all of those shots at once

As of now we will just have to wait until tomorrow with the DR. We are clueless to what is it causing it but we definietly know it happened after they had their flu shots. They had their vaccines at their 12 month check up which was a month ago (the day after their bday, Oct 1st).

However, they did had a nasty cold a week before they flu shots. We had the DR check first before she can give them a go with the flu shots. Unfortunately something isn't right with both of them with their stool color.

As soon we know something, I'll keep a post of it and share our experienced to what they are having?! At the moment, we are guessing it has something to do with bile?

    Until tomorrow,
    Diana w/Rianna and Justin

We called the DR in this morning. The DR want the twins to go to the Urgent Care because she says that the flu shots has nothing to do with their strange stool color. I can't imagine it is not the react from the flu shots? How strange is that!

Thanks for all of your replies! The DR says it has nothing to do with the flu shots or the react to it. She did not take them in for an office visit. I happened to stop by the DR's office for papwerwork for something else. We were ready to go to the Urgent Care per conversation with someone there. For some confusion, Dr says there is no need to go there because they don't have a fever and they are eating fine.

It is not that we are overreacting to what's going on with them. It just that they never had this problem up until they had the flu shot. We will have to put up with a STINKY house! If they continue to be this way for another week. I am going to call the SHOT and tell the DR to get them a blood test because it make no sense for them to have this type of problem.

For now they are ruling out as "stomach viral" and tell us that there is nothing we can do or get medicines for them.

That is all of the news I have for today!

We all got sick after getting our flu shots but it had nothing to do with the shot and everything to do with sitting for 30 minutes in a germ-infested waiting room (for my shot... theirs was in and out in less than 2 minutes) <_<
