    Hi all, my wife and I have two beautiful baby girls. They are 2.5 months right now. It's been challenging yet amazing. My biggest problem is trying to stay healthy. I haven't touched a weight since my girls were born and that's ok, but does anyone have tips about about efficiently staying healthy? I have sacrificed health for the well being of the baby girls and while I know this is expected there has to be a way for me to get some form of excersize in.

    It is so hard to get in a good shape. The only way to make the process a bit easier is to use proper supplements. For example I myself use REDCON1 Total War pre workout nutrition and it works perfectly. So you should at least think of trying out something like this.
