I am almost 30 weeks pregnant with B/G twins. This is my second pregnancy. My doctor says my cervix is closed like Fort Knox but I have all these symptoms that make me believe I will deliver sooner than later! My pubic bone feels like it has broken in half, and I can barely walk! For the last week I have been having very loose stool (sorry if TMI), I have braxton-hicks all the time (whenever I move or I am sitting still) and I am frequently crampy. I'm starting to have mild nausea, which I never had with my son at the end of that pregnancy. I have mild to moderate pressure in my vagina. Is this just normal for this gestation of pregnancy or am I getting close? I would (obviously) rather carry the pregnancy as far as possible but something inside me tells me I will be going sooner than later. Help!

Hi and welcome to Twinstuff. :welcome: Congrats on your twins. :clapping: I would say, you know your body best, if you are feeling that way, I would make sure things are in order.

Yeah I been having ALL the same symptoms.....But I went to L+D last night and they said everything looks good. I mean I went to the Drs office cause of all my symptoms and Im 33 1/2 weeks pregnant, and I was dialated to 1 cm, but my cervix was still thick. So I dunno. I seriously feel like Im going to have them n e day now. Now today I feel worse than Ive felt in all those days. Im MORE crampy, can't hardly walk at all. I think its probably just from them poking around tho. Good luck with your pregnancy. I hope you feel better. ;)

 I hope your symptoms lessen so you can enjoy your pregnancy. I agree with Amy, you know your body so if you feel like you need to rest please try. As for the different symptoms, I'm sure this being a twin pregnancy is making things different. You may be having more discomfort/pressure down there sooner because you have two babies in there. The nausea might have started sooner because with twins you have more hormonal stuff going on that might make you feel like that. As for the braxton hicks, I think that's your body telling you that you need rest and water. And when ever you are in doubt of anything, call your doctor. I hope you start feeling better soon.

I am nearly 29 weeks and I feel the same way- same symptoms. I've never been pg before so I do not know what to expect but my dr said I am totally closed and holding as well. I hope with some rest you feel better!! Best wishes to you and welcome!
