first trip to L&D

i called my OBs office the next day because i was having cramping all day long and few contrxs here and there-i feel horrible, throwing up in the morning and feeling like crap -general unwellness; finally at 3:30pm we were told to go the hospital for a cervix check and monitor--the girls were doing great! mostly slept thru it :lol: i had a couple-almost non exsisitent ones-doctor came around 6:00pm check cervix and i was closed but softening;Now its just up to when they want to come after 34 wks is ideal but he assured me if i had them now it would just be a few weeks in the NICU until they were bigger Im exhausted; restless cant sleep, crampy; oh the joys! :lol: Ms is back so he gave me some more ms meds--pretty much on bedrest now til we know more--my appt is this thursday i have a bit of spotting but nothing to write home about--more loose bowels but knowing me ill wait til exactly May 1st :giggle: Im glad its pretty normal to go thru this before the big day!
My nanny (im so angry) wont be here in time she wants to stay in the Phillipines for few weeks at the end of April; i just dont know no when she will come :angrywife: I just want to tell them to forget it and keep my sitter! Ill do it myself the cooking/cleaning-bah- IM seriously going to loose it

This is your [SIZE=14pt]FIRST[/SIZE] trip to L&D… this late… lucky!!!! Well at least you’re on top of it, and at this point for both of us, it’s all we can do… I will keep ‘em baking thoughts for both of us… it’s a little scary how it’s creeping up on us…

thanks girls :lol: elizabeth i didnt want to go in that day either; i just knew my labour would stall like in my past pgs-but im glad at least i know a bit more now--
Tammy-i love if u called! im pretty much home now all day long and it is getting a bit repetitive i get to go to the doctors tommorow at least -whooho! :lol:

Update more: i had a bit of bloody discharge today; more clear/white mixed with red/pink-more cramping too-but im holding out

Wow. I am worried as well. If we dont hear from her in by tonight, I am going to call her tomorrow. I am sure my mom has her #!

 

I just got a message from Cherie. She is working hard to keep her girls in. They feel she may have them very soon. Keep your fingers crossed she can go a couple more weeks.
