HELP! I am 12 weeks with twins and i am scraed to death, i dont know how to be someones mother? how am i going to be 2 peoples mother? I glad i with children, i just dont know how to feel sometimes.

awwww congrats! you were blessed with two! this is a great site... so many other experienced moms will help you with questions. and whatever you do, don't let other people's negetivity get to you! stay positive and you'll be just fine
Congrats on twins. I was really scared at first too. Don't worry, you've got a lot of time to prepare and you'll make a great mom.

Congratulations and Welcome to TS!! You are not the only one to be scared of twins (even experienced moms are afraid ). My twins were also my first and we were shocked and excited about the prospect. People have always asked how I handle it with two babies.....since they were my first, I never knew anything else, I had nothing to compare it to. You will do great and we are all here to support you!!

Welcome, you will find this site very helpful and supportive. I don't think anyone in the history of the world really knows "how to be someone's mother". I think you just do the best you can and that is what you do. You either swim or swim because you have to. Ask all the questions you have on this site and fill in the rest with your instincts! That's why you are pregnant for 9 (okay maybe 8 with twins!) months. Thank God the stork doesn't drop them off unexpectedly and we have to figure it out overnight! Enjoy being pregnant and use the time to prepare; let your instincts take over....you will be fine! Jen
Just relax and enjoy your pregnancy. It will come naturally to you when they are born. Two instead of one, is great. Since they will be your first, you can't compare it to a singleton birth and you won't know any different. It can be a little overwhelming thinking about everything, but it is well worth it. Don't be afraid to ask for help or ask questions. Just remember you aren't superwomen and aren't expected to be one. Good Luck!
Congrats and welcome. this site is amazing and it will help alot. I know that i have had many questions answered by reading alot of posts here. My twins will be our firsts as well, and i agree it can be rather scary at times. We just need to trust those maternal instincts that we have!!! Enjoy your pregnancy, it is an amazing gift, and we get to celebrate with 2!!!
