First smile

    I got my first smile from my DS at 1 day shy of 12 weeks (5 weeks adjusted age). I have waited SO long for this. My DD will probably still be a while. She doesn't even smile much in her sleep yet.

    Yay!! :banana: It is so wonderful. My DS was about 5-7 days ahead of DD with the smiling but she was ahead with the "talking". How exciting! Enjoy! :)

    That's so exciting. I remember waiting for that first smile too. It makes all those sleepless nights so worth it, doesn't it? It seemed like forever and now they are always smiling. Enjoy these special moments. They go by so fast.

    w/ my older DS, he smiled while i was on the phone w/ the Dr to talk to her about my concern that he hadn’t smiled yet :rolleyes: ... these guys were quick or very gassy ;) ...
