I think everyone has had a shoplifting experience around here. But I have a new one, we didn't just forget something in the cart or the girls weren't holding on to something only for me to find it after we left the store. Oh no, we were in the produce section of the grocery store and I was with my mom, she had Brooke in a cart and I had Natalie. We were checking out the strawberries, and I turn around to put the strawberries in my cart and Natalie is munching on a nectarine  I couldn't take it away from her, so I had to hide her from Brooke the whole shopping trip so Brooke wouldn't see it and want one too! I bought a couple, because it was evident from the "MMMM" with every bite that she really liked it! I told the lady at the checkout to weigh one twice, she thought it was cute and even gave us a paper towel because by that point Natalie was full of juice and pretty much done with the nectarine! Brooke got hers after I paid for the rest of them and she was happy as could be :D

    KIDS!!!!

I haven't had any shop lifting experiences (yet). I used to work at a farm and the owner was always on us cashiers to watch the people with kids and make sure they paid for everything. I never really understood why he was soo anal about it until I read some of the TS stories and realized how much this happens.

Glad she found a new fruit she likes!

How funny! At least it wasn't a snickers bar or something like that :) Mine LOVE nectarines and they are so good right now!

Time for us to confess! I was shopping in Gap the other day, and not really paying attention to the girls in their stroller. After unloading my girls into our SUV, and then unpacking the stroller, I noticed some shirts from BABy Gap that I didn't buy. Brooke was sitting in the seat with the basket under her, she must have grabbed them and put them in the basket. She grabbed 3 polo shirts, in the right size too! Now the fear of going back inside and returning shirts that were in the right size of my girls, made me feel like I would look really guilty. Plus, I had already unpacked the stroller, loaded my girls, and was not in the mood to walk to the other side of the mall. From know on, I keep a much better eye on the girls, I just never thought that they would do that.

Ohhhhhhhh yeah. Dd thought she was being a big help by taking some binkys off the shelf in the store and opening them and giving them to the boys. She was 5 then.  Then at costco the boys each grabbed a pkg of girls socks (dd's size too) and put them in the stroller next to them. It was winter time and with all the coats, hats, mittens etc they got over looked   that is all I want to confess right now LOL. I was just waiting for the day when they grab something with a security tab on it and sets of the alarm as we leave the store   No seriously, after the socks issue, I always pick up everything in cart/stroller to double check. :) B)
