First Peri appointment today

    So, I saw the high risk doctor today, and everything was fine with both babies. The cysts on baby b's brain have completely disappeared, and both babies were cooperative in getting all the necessary images and measurements. They are each measuring 1lb 3oz, so they are nice and big! I've gained over a lb. just in baby over the last two weeks.

    My blood pressure before the scan was 172 over 95.

    My blood pressure after the scan (1 hour later) was 130 over 80.

    They do want to screen me for a heart condition that my sister had, but said that testing can be done by my regular OB.

    Baby A wouldn't stop picking his nose, and baby B wouldn't stop playing with his pecker. Now I really believe I'm having boys.

    Aw, they're gonna love hearing those stories!!! We got to see our little boy pee today which I thought was so exciting. I have to remember to try not to embarrass him with that later!!

    I'm still feeling really good about this appointment a day later! :D

    Except my BP, and needing to be screened for wolff-parkinson-white syndrome. Its unlikely that I have it, but I guess because my sister had it, there is a chance my boys could have it? I don't know for sure.
