    Hello ladies,

When did you first experience the first sign of fluttering/movement??

For me it was 16 weeks with the twins, but they were my second pregnancy. For my singleton nothing really until about 20 weeks.

Fluttering, I don't remember. But I started feeling kicks around 17-18 weeks. It was my second pregnancy.

    13 weeks for me.

I contribute it to me being very aware of my body.

I've felt late both times. With my twins, it was around 21 weeks ... and I felt like it was so freakin' late! Seemed like everyone in the world felt it earlier ... and I was a wreck! This time I felt some flutters in the 17-18 week range, but still not "real" movement that I was sure was actually movement until 21!

I guess I'm just a late feeler of moving babies!

They started asking me at the doctor if I was feeling the baby (thought it was one at that point) at 14 weeks! I felt like something must be wrong; all of my girlfriends felt their babies move around that time. I started feeling my boys move about 18-19 weeks and actually read later that with twins often movement isn't felt as soon as with a singleton.

I felt movement with the twins a lot later than with my first two (singletons). I was about 22 weeks with the twins... it went from nothing, to huge kicks and movement I could see from the outside! In the same day! Very cool!

I felt flutters low in my abdomen at around fourteen weeks.

As for other people being able to feel movements on the outside of my body, it happened the night before I hit 20 weeks.

    21 weeks with my first
about 18 weeks with my ds then the twins was later again, about 21 weeks. I think they hid each other's movements for a while.

18-*19 weeks for me, this is my second pregnancy. First one I didn't feel anything until about 21/22 weeks.

I started feeling a little movement here and there around 18 weeks. It got much more regular (and stronger) between 20-22 weeks. :good:

I felt movement with the twins around 12 weeks...but it was my second pregnancy and I was paying attention. I didn't feel true kicks until like 18 weeks and DH couldn't feel them from the outside until like 22 weeks.

Not until 21-22 weeks. I had an anterior and a posterior placenta so that probably made it more difficult for me to feel the movements sooner.

I started to feel flutters around 14-15 weeks then actual movements around 18 weeks. I could see them from the outside by 19 weeks and that's when my hubby felt them. This is my first pregnancy.
