Some friends of ours got married last month and as a favor inserted a pic of themselves into a glass coaster. It was really cute. I think it would be even cuter for babies.

Or you could do some kind of homemade candy... The 2 most popular in my area are pecan pralines (basically hardened sugar with pecans mmmm) or homemade chocolate lollipops.

What about mini bags of coffee? Our Dunkin Donuts has the small single serve bags for a reasonable price.

I googled and came up with a bunch of hits for wedding ones, with some that looked like they could work for a birthday.

    One I liked

I would also check Michael's or Hobby Lobby if you have them near you.

I bought some from my bro and SIL at Target. I have also seen them at Bed, Bath & Beyond and I think Linens N Things.

That's it. She and her bridesmaids made close to 150 in a couple hours. Good luck with the party.

I hadn't thought of them as "favors" really. I was more wanting some small gift from the babies to say "thank you" to the family who have been so incredibly supportive this year and helped us so much. That's how I'm presenting it to them with a thank you card from the babies and each child's picture in the frame of the coaster - once I get them.

I agree! They'll love this Thank You gift! Definitely use one for the kids picture and one of your DH for his b-day. :D
