I am in a pickle! Kinda...not really. I can't decide on what to get the boys for their birthday. I wanted to get the chair from PBK-I think it's the My First Anywhere Chair. I thought it was a great deal. Then realized the slipcover was $29, then the insert was $50 and then the personalization was $6.50. Add tax, shipping, etc.. We are looking at over $100 EACH chair! So that kinda flew out the window.

Then I know I have read here all about the radio flyer wagon. Here are two of them-as I am trying to figure out the difference in them-beside the price!
    Wagon 1

    Wagon 2

As for the chair-if I find a cheaper version-I could still do those. What are the benefits of having the wagon??? I know so many of you have raved about it! And every time I see one- I tell dh that all the twin mom's online LOVE it!

What do you use it for? How often do you use it?
I did just read a review about someone using it for Halloween-I have to say that would come in handy! :)

And the chair? Would it get used do you think?

    Thanks for any input!

I personally love the wagon & am going to ask for one for the girls b-day from my mom :)
I *love* the chairs, but not sure if they will acutally sit in them ever??

My boys have a wagon...not the ones you posted but this one http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2266707

My boys love the wagon. We go around the yard in it, they like to climb in it, we take it down the road, we take it to the beach or outdoorsy things where we don't need the confinement of the stroller but want somewhere to put them and carry stuff...if that makes sense. They also enjoy pulling it around themselves.

I don't have chairs for the boys so I can't comment on that.

We got the boys a sand/water table for their first, which was/is a big hit. http://www.step2.com/product.cfm?product_id=1304

We bought our DS the pathfinder wagon for his 1st birthday knowing we would use it for our girls. (BTW, Walmart has the exact same wagon for $59 so don't waste your $ at TRU). However, we've never used it so it's been sitting downstairs for 7 months. I sure hope the girls like it when they're older. As for the chairs, I think they're a great idea if they will be able to use them for more than a year. We bought our DS a cheapy Diego chair at Meijer for $20 and he uses it everyday. Had I known it would be such a big hit, I would have forked over the moolah for a decent personalized chair.

YMMV and it really depends on your LO's. Hope that helps!

I love the wagons... I'd just have no room to store it!!! The chairs are nice I think because they will use them a long time... For mine it's going to two toys, one is a rocking caterpillar and the other the laugh and learn home from fisher price (both used because I'm cheap!!!).

I don't have either but I am planning to buy those expensive chairs for Christmas because I think they will love them!

I REALLY wish I had bought the chairs for their 1st Bday. They love to sit on our couch and to crawl on the furniture. I wish we had their own little, soft chairs so I didn't have to constantly supervise them on the couch.

WIth my boys, I think a wagon could wait until they are older because they will not sit down anywhere... they love to climb and stand and just be dangerous.

So, for me, I think the chairs are better at the 12-month mark. But, the wagons are cute, too!
