OK. So my boys' birthday party is on October 4th. The list tops out at....126 people! YIKES! Anyways... I was looking to do a theme...but that could get costly! I was looking into possible Noah's Ark, Jungle, or something else "cute." Anyone have websites I could buy in bulk from? Or cheap websites? Or ideas themselves? Not sure if I should just do colors-green/blue, or all blue, or something!

I found that website where it's birthday in a box or something-but that's or 8 people-wouldn't quite work for us!

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have used Oriental Trading Company. So I went to get their website for a link and happened to find this Jungle 1st birthday theme on their website. Very cute!! Good luck with your planning!

I was going to say Oriental Trading Company as well. They have cheap stuff, and you can buy in bulk!

Wow 125 people!!! I only have 10 invitations total!!! A jungle theme sounds cute! Our theme is just "Happy 1st Birthday"

I used Oriental Trading for the girls birthday party and was very pleased with them. Good price, got here fast, no problems with the order. One decoration that was my DH's idea but was a HUGE hit was hanging up some of their tiny preemie and newborn clothes on a clothes hanger around the room. We also printed up pix of them wearing the outfits. It was neat to see those doll clothes next to the big girls they've become!

We used BirthdayExpress.com for their Elmo theme. I also got lots of bulk stuff at Factory Card Outlet, Sam's Club, & Walmart. I only got the cutesie plates & napkins for the cake & got just plain red for the meal. I used red & yellow streamers with a few red Elmo 1 streamers mixed in. Add in red, blue, & yellow balloons & we were set. I did have some actual Elmo decor from online, but I didn't go too overboard. I didn't do goody bags or anything either.

I thought mine was pricey at 50 people...yikes! My boys were WAY overwhelmed with that amount & so was I :)! We got LOTS of great gifts though!

Thanks ladies! Yes...the guest list is...ummm...CRAZY! But-dh is Italian-and has a rather large family(over 60 are his family alone!). There are some long distance relatives included on that list-so I'm hoping they don't come! We invited 100 to the Christening and 80 showed...I might be able to deal with that. And...Hopefully they ALL don't show at the same time! We are having it catered with the family restaurant(his cousin owns it) and mil is making some food too.
We did have a tag sale and sold $200 worth of stuff-and that will go towards the party. Hopefully-I won't stress too much! HA!

As for gifts-people are very generous! I am a bit worried as to what I am going to do with all the stuff! If people give gifts-I am secretly hoping for gift cards so we can get them something later on, etc. And of course, I feel guilty-like we are looking for these "gifts." Anyone else-or am I just crazy??? HA!
