As far as I know you can find out at the same time as a singleton, you just tend to find out sooner only because of the increase amount of u/s you have with twins versus singleton, kwim?

I was told at 13w, they thought baby B was a boy, looked a little thick between the legs. At 17w3d, I found out baby A was girl and Baby B a boy, so they were right.

I think with twins you can find out earlier only because you get more u/s. I had one at every visit.

Twins don't develop externally any faster than a singleton so you would find out the sex about the same time. The difference is you probably would only get a 20week u/s with a singleton whereas you may get an u/s between 15 and 19 weeks with twins. Congratulations on your babies!

I found out that baby A was a girl at 16 weeks and that baby B was a girl at 20 weeks which is pretty much the same timeframe as a singleton.
