Finally!

I am proud to announce we are smiling over here!! Carlie is smiling ALOT now since Saturday. She has that open mouth smile. Claire isn't smiling as much yet, but when she does, she almost has a gigle and squints her eyes....too cute! It is amazing what dorks we become to get smiles out of our infants

I also have to say that today was a great day with them. They seemed to of only cried when hungry or tired. They were either content or sleeping. We took Emily to the park and they cranked a little there if they were not being walked in the stroller. Then we went to Walmart and Claire started in, so I ran in real quick, came out and she had fallen asleep (still is) and Carlie just wanted our paci. They both slept and we got to eat dinner with no crying babies for the first time in a long time.

I am not holding my breath that this will be continous but maybe it will be the start!! Ok, I am probably jinxing us.

April, that is so great. I know that you have had such a hard time with colic and I think reflux. I am glad that you had a great day. Celebrate the small stuff!!

I had the girls at 36w5d, so not super early.
