Finally my birth story

I want to start by saying hello and thank you for all the post. Sorry I am late in telling my story.

My pregancy went great. I was 37wk and 4 days when I had Hayden and Hudson on March 30th. I went in that morning at 6:00 to be induced(dr. did not want to go past 38wks). When we got there I was already having contractions but did not know it. When they put the monitors on my they kept losing the heart beat of Hayden(a) so when the dr. came in she put the internal monitor in and broke my water by accident. I then had the poticine and a hour later I felt the contractions. Back labor again(also had it with my 4 yr. old son). I did get an epidrual but they had to give me more 3 diffrent times because it kept wearing off. During the contractions Hudson heart beat kept dipping so they had to monitor my urterus internally. Finally at 4:14p.m. they rolled me back to the O.R. to deliver my babies. When we got back there I was not sure if I was going to be able to have both of them natrual cause Hudson(b) was transverse and Hayden was head down. Well I started pushing and had Hayden at 4:37; they were able to turn Hudson head down and at 4:43 I had him.

Hayden was 7lb4oz and Hudson was 6lb2oz. I have no idea how I did that but they were healthy.

The day that they were going to release me they told me that Hayden might not be able to go home because he was jaundice. Thank God they did another test and he was able to come home with mild jaundice. Everything was going well until that Friday when I developed a fever and was readmitted for an urterus infection. I was in the hospital for three more days.

Well a month later we are all home and well. Just trying to get more sleep.

Congratulations! Those weights are great! I spent the first few hours after mine were born, thinking, How did you both fit in there?
