Yep, I am home, sans children though. They wouldn't deliver me since I stabilized and all they could do after that was send me home, which is a good thing. It was weird though, when I got in the door of my house I realized that it might be a mistake to have left the hospital in the first place......my house it a mess and I have the urge to get up off my butt to clean it. I mean there is just no way that I would bring babies back to this house. The only clean thing is the nursery, everything else is a pig pen....yuck!

But yes, I am now home where I slept better than at the hospital BUT in the back of my mind I think I know that constant supervision would and should be key with me, so the hospital would be the safest place. Although they are still going to keep a close eye of me. Saturday morning I have to go back to triage for an NST, biophysical ultrasound and blood work. Then Monday I go back to triage for the same thing and to see my regular OB, so it's not like I won't be observed properly.

So I am home now, comfortably laying in my own bed!!!

Glad you are home and the babies are still cooking. Dont stress about the cleaning. You mentioned having cleaner come before. Is it possible to have someone come in and clean for you and maybe have a relative or friend supervise and assist.

    Get that rest, Mama.

I'm glad you are home and I'm glad the babes get to spend a bit more time cooking. Please don't worry about the mess, they really don't care about that kind of stuff, well, not at that age. Good luck at the NST's/appointments.

Congrats on your release from the hospital. And as all the previous posters have said, don't worry about cleaning the house, or enroll someone's help to do it for you. You would be surprised what friends and family will do for you if you only ask! ;)

hey welcome home! Curious about your personalized onsies for your boys--what does the writing say under their names? I can't make it out.

Hope you can rest up and not focus too much on the dirty-aspect of home (which I totally relate to!)
