Finally have some piece of mind

    I rented a home doppler and it came in today :) While we have seen the baby on ultrasound 3 times now, today was the first time we heard the heart beat. It was so wonderful. I feel more pregnant after hearing the heart beat than just seeing the baby on a screen. Now that my symptoms are subsiding, its nice to be able to reassure myself that the baby is okay.

    After I posted this I realized I wrote "piece of mind" instead of "Peace of mind". Forgive the ridiculousness of that mistake! I blame the pregnancy brain.

    I always wanted a dopple while I was pregnant, I could just listen to that sound all day long. :wub:

    Having a Doppler must be great! I'd have it on my stomach 24/7 and letting all my family and friends listen aswell. Enjoy your pregnancy and Congradulations!
