Finally figured out our girls names!

After hours of back & forth & back & forth with my hubby we agreed on these 2 names:

Sydney Joelle and Chloe Katharine

It was soooo hard to come up with those names - husband didnt like my top picks & I didnt like his, so these names were our 'common ground'!

I am sooooo relieved to have finalized it though! Just got finished painting the letters to hang on the wall for both of them & ordered new Christmas stockings for all of us (and the cat too!).

I was worried about not having 'similar' names for the girls or at least having them start with the same letter, but it just got too difficult to find ones we loved!

 

It can be easier when they start with different letters--less tripping over your tongue! All my kids think their name is "whoever you are" anyway, since the older I get the more likely I am to come out with the wrong name.

You have chosen beautiful, elegant names that I am sure your girls will be proud of. :good:

I have always been the one to name things (pets, anything really) in our family and even help others name their pets etc, so when it came to naming my babies I thought it would be a piece of cake.
NOT TO BE, lol, it's so hard trying to get names both parents agree on.
You did a good job.

I like Catherine spelled that way or Cathrynn

 

Great names - and I think finding names you like can be so hard! You just have to go with ones you like, no matter what you thought when you started the picking out.
