It's hard to tell with these things. We've had low-grade fevers and clear runny noses with teething before. If you are worried you could always just call the pedi and ask to talk to the nurse to get their opinion/ recommendations. Hope they are feeling better soon!

Some say there is no fever with teething, but with all 3 of my kids there has always been a low grade temp with it even a little diarrhea.

I would definitely call the pedi just incase. I always worry about "bothering" the pedi too but always feel so much better when I have made that call. Hope your LOs feel better soon!

We went through this last week--both girls are getting more bottom teeth...Lara had a low grade fever for 3 days, and Lena was fine. Just tylenol and lots of hugs...boy was she cranky!

When she got up from her nap, all she was doing was crying, so i called the ped. and they wanted to see her......Dr said that is probably a viral infection and since she has no other symptoms, she could be getting Rosella (spelling) so if we see a rash dont be alarmed ....she said it was not from teething, fevers that high are signs of infection.....DS has a cold.......which I thought could be allergies, she said no, not till there about 3 and go threw a couple of seasons....Needless to say this was the Drs. assistant, not the Dr. himself......so i dont know what to think...Im just glad she didnt have ear infection
