Sorry I just have to share, no matter how many times you have been PG feeling the 1st flutters is still the most amazing thing on Earth!! I felt a flutter or two throughout the week, mostly on my left side (baby A side). You know the kind you feel and almost missed it!! You second guess yourself all day until you feel the next one... that kind of very light flutter. Anyway, last night I was laying flat on my back (I can still do that and breath normally so I am taking advantage while I can) and the movement was almost non-stop for about 10 minutes... they were having a party in there! LOL Then they moved off and on every couple of minutes for the rest of the hour. I had just eaten two popcycles so maybe the sugar got them going!! Thanks for letting me share!!

Brianna I 'm so excited for you!!!! I have thought I've felt a flutter or two but dismiss it because my mind says it's too soon. Especially with only one in there. I'll have to pay more attention the next time. Congratulations, you are at the part where it gets FUN!! Has your morning sickness gone away yet? I have not been on here in a while because I've been too sick to do anything except the essentials. I cannot wait till this passes........:)

OK, I'm totally jealous! I have not felt anything, and it's making me nervous. Although I don't think I truly felt anything with the twins until after 20 weeks. Happy for you though :) Hmmm, wonder if I have any popcicles?

I know it seems really early but I have thought that with all my pregnancies. RaeLynn I started feeling movement with around 15-16 wks and thought, "no way, it is way to early." but it just got more and more consistent and stronger by the day. With Ashley and Alyssa it was 13 wks and I woke up from a dead sleep and thought, "WHAT was that?" it wasnt very strong but just the sensation woke me up and I felt them a few more times the next day, at the time I thought it was just one baby... found out about 3 days later it was two. So I was suspecting early movement this time but it still caught me off guard!! I think part of the reason it is so early is because I KNOW what I am feeling and I just dont have any stomach muscles left so I can feel everything going on in there. But there is no doubt in my mind it was babies moving!! Always makes the pregnancy a little more bearable. The nausea is gone now if I could get rid of the headaches it would be smooth sailing!!

i think 18 weeks was the earliest I ever felt anything. My set of twins waited until 20 wk 1 day to let me feel them but my placenta was blocking it! I miss the feeling already! I'm so happy you can feel them!

Maybe it was reading this post, but I think I felt the baby for the first time this morning. Just yesterday I had my midwife appt and she asked if I'd felt the baby yet. Usually I don't feel them much til about 20 weeks, though I think it was a little earlier with twins. But I was laying in bed and felt that tingly, flutter down low in my belly. Couldn't get it to happen again, though. But it's so magical, isn't it?

I go back on the 18th but declined a u/s... no I do not know what I was thinking!! But my big u/s is probably going to be around Jan. 18th!! I am so excited to find out "which kind" of babies are in there! LOL I notice my flutters after juice or popcicles... it must be the sugars.
