Ugh. Did anyone else feel like their subsequent pregnancy (whether multiples or not or before or after the twins) took/is taking forever???

I'll be 11 weeks on Saturday and I just feel like I've been pg forever with this one! I'm sure it's because I haven't had an u/s every other week like I did with the twins (due to spotting) but man, that 12 week appt is taking forever to get here. I just wanna hear the little heartbeat and know that everything is going as it should be!! I'm starting to show already, gulp, so that makes me feel a little better but I'm starting to get anxious!!! It probably doesn't help that I have all day to think about how things are going to change in about 7-8 months!!! The twins keep me busy but those thoughts have no problem creeping right in! Never in a million years did I think I'd say this but COME ON DECEMBER!!!!!

ETA: I generally enjoyed being pregnant with the twins and am looking forward to all those joys with this one. I guess it's just these first few weeks here ....

Not me...this pregnancy FLEW by!! I guess the beginning did seem long bc we didn't tell anyone until after 12wks but since then I can't believe how fast its gone! I'm 36wks and could very well go any day now (not thinking so but we all know it happens) and I still don't have a bag packed...it's like DH and I are in denial that this baby will be here so soon!;)

the beginning felt that way. probably because things are uncertain and you feel like crap. but since about 12 weeks its been flying - a little too fast for my liking. we have so much to do to prepare for the baby's arrival - yet no time to do it. his room is still very much an office, i have boxes of girl/gender neutral clothes to sort through, the list goes on and here I am 15 weeks away. i have a feeling this baby is coming home to a pack and play in an office....

My second seemed to fly by. Just being busy taking care of children while being pregnant, I didn't have time to sit and rub the belly and shop and do all the things I did when pregnant with the boys (or before bedrest with them at least). BTW...for me, baby girl's first year went by sooooo fast too!
