Which do you use? do you like it?

 

I cant tell you which one I like but I can tell you which one I dont like. We bought the Vicks humdifier that we bought at BRU, when the girls got their first cold and it was terrible! It spits out water all over the floor and just about anything in it's path up to 4 feet away! We have hardwood floors so we had to drape everything in towels, it was a nightmare.

 

We have one made by Reli On that I love. It looks exactly like this I'm pretty sure they're the same, just a different name.

I love the control you have over the amount of vapors put out. You can have a little, or a lot. The only problem we've ever had with it is that it's sensitive to hard water, and our well water is EXTREMELY hard. We had to get a new one after a couple months b/c we were just using tap water. We switched to bottled water & it's been fine. If you have good water, I don't think there'd be a problem.

I have mine in a bag ready to return to BRU. I dont know if they will take it back though. i have no box and no receipt. I did not think i would have to return it. it spills water all over and condensation is all over the furniture throughout the room.

 

I have one of those invisible cool mist humidifiers. I donot remember the brand as it is going in the boys room for nappage as i type. It cleans easy and works GREAT.

 

I use the Walgreen's humidifer (about 30 dollars) I LOVE it...not filter to replace and it is really easy to clean.

 

We use the "Hunter" cool humidifier and love it. We got it at Wal-Mart for $40.00.

 

We use the Holmes humidifier. Works great, no mess. It cools our ovenbaked room off fairly well, and the kids sleep great with a little white noise.

 

My vicks doesn't spit like that, but I also have a cool mist humidifier. I got the vicks to have the vicks in there. None are convenient for cleaning etc....
