after reading and reading .... I have read that the most popular are
    t
    1. The Combi twin

    2. Chicco Trevi Twin Stroller - Extreme

    3. Jeep Wrangler Twin Sport All-Weather Stroller - Turquoise/Grey- (Least expensive...)

    4. Maclaren Twin Triumph Stroller - Scarlet/Silver

I have a small car and I have a jogging stroller, so I really need it for going out every day.

    Thank you for your input!!!

I posted before... I did have an aria peg prego but it broke and it was hard to manuver so I wouldn't get that again.

I'm going to say to go with the Combi simply because it's the only one with a snack tray that folds smaller than a jogger. I just bought the Jeep myself but don't recommend it for younger ones b/c it doesn't have shoulder straps to keep them from leaning too far over.

We have the Maclaren Twin Techno which is almost the same as the Twin Triumph. It it about 5lbs heavier than the Triumph according to Maclaren. We really like it as our everyday stroller since it's so easy to use. It's also very lightweight (26lbs) and is really easy to maneuver through stores, on sidewalks, etc.. After using the Snap & Go since the girls were born, this handles like a dream!

The best part is we picked up a gently used Maclaren on craigslist for half price!

Also, I hear wonderful things about the Combi twin. I'm sure you'll get many favorable responses on this one too.

    Good luck :)

I also have a Maclaren Twin Traveller (2005) and I LOVE it! Very lightweight, folds up nice and compact and handles very well. I am able to fit through most doorways and I also picked it up at a second hand store in mint condition. I'd go with the Maclaren!!

combi twin savvy... the savvy is the one w/the snack/cup holders... the sport doesn't have it I don't think. the combi is the one that folds flat and then "rolls"... to make it smaller so that you can fit it and other things in your trunk. its pretty lightweight too.

ours handles really well - especially after using the snap & go / tandem type. good luck.

Another combi twin savvy fan! :D Love ours and we use it every single time we go out, it's the same size as a wheelchair so it fits thru single doorways, as long as you go in it straight and not at an angle! Love ours!! :D

We have the combi twin sport sbs and also have a small car. I love the fact that it folds down really small cause the last stroller we had [hand me down] didn't fit in the back and made tranporting the girls a little difficult. And definitely like that it has snack trays.. The girls love to munch on cheerios while we're out and about or just on a walk around the neighborhood ^_^

    Good Luck with your decision!

Just got a used Combi Twin Savvy off of Craigslist and love it. We went away this weekend and used it a lot. I'm so glad I had the snack/cup holders. We fed them all of their meals in it. I just put the food in the snack tray/holders. It is pretty lightweight. We also have the DuoGlider and I don't think we'll use it anymore. The combi has fit everywhere so far. We took a ferry this weekend and I was amazed I had no problem fitting it everywhere on the ferry. It was great.

We have a Maclaren Twin Triumph Stroller and LOVE it! It is lighter than my single stroller and so convenient when we are out and about.

I used a 15% coupon for strollers, plus 15% off any item together at BRU so it was only $191

I am sure they are all great strollers - you probably can't go wrong with any of them!

Maclaren Twin Triumph - I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I purchased the Combi first, but then after getting it home I realized that it wouldn't fit compactly enough into my Jetta trunk (it fit, but took up most of the trunk, which I need for groceries, etc). Then I found the Triumph on Craigslist and it is awesome! Fits in the trunk lengthwise, so it takes up less than half of it and leaves plenty of room for everything else. Turns on a dime, great construction, and best of all, my girls LOVE it. That's my vote. :) But the Combi is nice, too, if you have the room for it. Just doesn't fold as comactly and in my opinion, feels a bit flimsy.

To be the voice of dissent -- We have the Maclaren Twin Traveller (also 2005) and I don't think it was worth the extra money over something like the Jeep. (We bought it new -- sigh.) I find it impossible to steer with one hand (which is frequently necessary) and hard to get over bumps and curbs. For mall walking or the doctor's office it's fine, and it is lightweight and folds up small, which is good for travel. But if you can get something comparable (new or used) for half the price, I'd do it.

I actually have the Jeep Wrangler stroller, and we love it just for quick trips to the store. I have it on the reclined setting and my babies just fall right asleep. Its also nice for when its warmer outside but not too sunny they get more air than they do in our tandem stroller.

That being said, the reason we registered for this particular stroller was the cost. I liked the Chicco one better but it was more expensive. :D

Basically - if you're just going to be using the stroller for quick trips to the store, doctor's office, etc... the Jeep stroller is great. The only downside is, we have a bad habit of leaving the strollers in the car, and when we left the folded up stroller in the trunk (We live in Oklahoma where its super hot), the plastic inside of the frame of the shade got warped with the hot weather. I personally don't think it should do that, but it was our mistake. Now we have to order new shades. :(

I love our Combi. The sport version does have snack cups for the babies. It has fit through the small door to our local grocery and through all the doors in our house. The girls seem to love it. They are two months and spend lots of time staring at the polkadots on the sun shade. I did buy a Protect-a-bub sunshade to use with the Combi. Even folded up, it's still about the size of an upright vacuum or golf bag, but it's much easier to move than the tandem stroller I had. I love how well it turns. Also, Combi's customer service was really great. The first one arrived with a broken part and the service rep helped me contact Amazon. Amazon replaced it right away with a new stroller.
