Easy dinner recipes your kids will eat?

Other than pizza, chicken nuggets, mac n cheese, etc? I'm at a loss for what to feed these kids!

Kelly, you really should check out some of the resources we have in the 1-4 forum for these types of questions.

Mine love those 90 second rice packets you can get at the store. They also love the noodle packets that you just make on the stove.

THey love any kind of ravioli, spaghetti, pasta dishes (I even have them eating pasta with pesto now...lol).

One thing I've done recently, b/c they are sick of chicken nuggets....I will buy those breaded Tyson Chicken Breasts (DH and I LOVE them) and I will bake them with a little bit of spaghetti or pizza sauce on it, a few pepperoni and a small piece of cheese. It's kind of like pizza chicken parmesean..the girls LOVE it! They call it chicken pizza...lol!

Here's a good snack too...it's relatively healthy also!!!!

Cake Mix Cookies

1 box any cake mix (we like Strawberry, Cherry Chip, Chocolate)
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil (or you can substitute 1/3 cup applesauce to cut out fat)
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all above ingredients with a mixer until everything is combined and smooth. Use a 1 inch dipper to scoop balls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Roll balls in sugar for yummy twist! Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool.

If you use a cake mix and the applesauce substitute...the recipe (with a 1-inch melon baller to make the scoops) yeilds around 24 cookies...making them around 100 calories a cookie!
