Hey y'all - I'm trying to decide between the two strollers. I didn't get the chance to try out the Quattro with two carseats. Do they fit? Is it an easy fit or do you prefer the duoglider? I've opted against the double SNG.

    TIA!

I highly recommend the quarto. I love mine. It works great with both the new graco car seats that go to 30 pounds(cant remember the name of the top of my head) and the old snugride ones. I started with one of each and ended up switching to two of the new ones because my DS didn’t like the snugride my I knew my DD would out grow it before a year, plus I like having matching seats to be honest. It handles so much better then my friends evenflo double stroller and the seats snap in which seams more secure to me. Also I love the way it folds like the single quarto. I have a suburban so room isn’t a issue but lifting it in and out of the back is much easier the way it folds. Also the handles for steering are wonderful. I am on the taller side(5’ 9”) and my husband in tall 6’ 4” and neither of us have the bent over to push issue, plus having the option on how you hold one to push is great.
The only draw back I found is if you only have the babies it doesn’t have a tray for the front only the bar for car seat and two cup holders for older babies/toddler, but my 3 year old loves riding in the front (when he feels like riding) and I haven’t found the no tray being a issue. You have the option of the harness style straps or just lap straps so child is secure just don’t have the ability to put something on a try for younger babies., but the stroller is so great I don’t mind this one short fall.
If you have any specific questions about features that if forgot to mention PM me but I really think if you got the quarto you wouldn’t be disappointed. :D

I don't know much about the quattro, but I have the duoglider and while it's a pretty good stroller overall, I can't wait to be rid of it.
For me it's hard to get in and out of my trunk and I have to take off the front tray to do that, which is a pain the butt. Also, when I snap the carseats in the back carseat can be hard to take out sometimes.
I've found that I will opt to use the buggy at the stores when they are available. Much easier for me than taking out the 'baby bus.'

There are others who swear by it though. I think a lot of it is personal taste/preference. If there's a BrU near you I would go and really try them both out to see which would work best for you. (And if space is an issue ask if they'll let you put in your car's trunk. They take up way more room than I ever thought they would!)

    HTH!!

Gumberly - thank you so much! I'm 5'10. DH is 6'4 so your advice really helps. I definitely wanted to know about how you sit two carseats in it at the same time.

The nearest BRU for us is a good 45 minute drive away. So I don't have the opportunity to go there very often. I did remember trying out the duoglider once, but not the Quattro. I've got a Camry - but the trunk is actually pretty big. I like the idea of seeing if it'll "fit in the trunk".

    Thanks!!!!

I have a Camry too! And the duoglider does fit in the trunk- but not much else. And like I said, we take off the front tray to make it easier to get in and out. Otherwise it's frustrating to turn it this way and that getting it to go in.

    Good luck!

(You could also compare the dimensions online between the two as well.)

I love my DuoGlider :) . I have a mini-van so I can't attest to the trunk issue, but it folds up and opens very easily and it is easy to steer and manuevar. Also, with the carseats in it and the covers/shades up, it's not obvious there are two babies, so I draw less attention to myself! I would definitely purchase it again, of course, in all fairness, I haven't tried the Quattro to compare.

We bought the Duoglider and I've only used it for Dr appts so far, but I like it for now. It's big, but I expected that it would be :) We have a side by side stroller for later too that I used with my older sons, but I'm not big on side by sides and wanted a tandem also. I really like that you can use the shades over the carseats to shield the babies from the weather and PEOPLE! I looked into the Quattro also and I can't remember my reason for going with the Duoglider!

I researched both before deciding and went with the duoglider. I went by reviews since I have never actually seen a quattro in a store to try it out. I absolutely LOVED my double snap n go and started using my side by side once they grew out of their infant seats but I really needed a tandem. It should be delivered today so I will let you know how it goes.
