Yesterday and today Ive been feeling this dull achy feeling in my lower abdomen. Its really not that bad and Im not sure if I should be concerned... It feels kinda like my bladder, but I don't know.. Im 15 week pregnant with twins and I dont know if this ia a concern... Or if this is normal stretching. I have had BH already and a week ago I noticed some clear sticky EWCM kinda looking discharge..I know the mucus plug does grow back if thats what that was..

I know L&D units sometimes make you feel like a dolt for coming in, but if you feel concerned, you should get checked out- either at the OB's or at the hospital. I'm not trying to scare you, but sometimes early labor feels very differently than full term labor.

Best of luck & keep us updated!

It is always so hard to say whether it's something to be concerned about or not. I agree, if you are concerned, it's better to get it checked out. But it very well could just be stretching, your bladder or something like that. Sorry I know that was not much help.

    Thanks for the replies.

Im going to call my OB tomorrow and see what he says. I did get a blood test done today for the pregnancy so maybe that would show if I have a bladder infection?

Around 21 weeks I started having dull cramps in my lower abdomen. I went into L&D and it turned out I had a NASTY bladder infection that was causing bladder spasms and they felt like cramps to me. So even though for me it turned out to be something simple I'm a firm believer in the better safe than sorry thought!

Let us know what your OB says. Are you still feeling the same way?

I did talk to the dr yesterday. He said it must be stretching. He didn't seem to concern.

I had a blood test and the results were not in yet, maybe it would show something like a bladder infection?
