DS doing well after surgery

DS had sugery yesterday to help his left testicle descend. The sugery only lasted about 45 min. and we were able to go home after less than one hour in recovery. He is just a little groggy from the pain meds, but other than that, you'd never know he just had surgery. He's running around and playing just like he always does. I am so relieved. I had been so stressed out about how this would go.

I had asked questions about this on a post before and I would like to thank all of you who gave words of advice and encouragement.

I'm so glad everything went well and that he feels good.

 

I am glad that he is doing well!! Did he have a Laporoscopy or did they just do a little incision in the groing area?? I am asking because my DS has to have a Laporoscopy for an undecended testile in October. He was going to have it May 3rd but ended up getting a cold and fever so we rescheduled until after summer. I am nervous and it mkes me feel better to hear your little guy did good.

my DH had this done 34+ years ago and has a HUGE scar on his hip - yay for technology!!!
