Drool Monster

My DD is constantly drooling -- everyday the front of her shirt is sopping wet. This has always been the case (she is 21 months old). Not just when she's teething. Is there anything I can do about this?

 

Not really, my dd is 2.5 and sometimes her shirt is still sopping wet Although it has definitely gotten better since she got all her teeth in.

 

My nearly 3 year old STILL drools... a lot. When I asked his doctor about it, he said drooling is normal until 5 years old (I know, 5 is crazy!!) One fellow twin mom said her child needed to have their adenoids taken out and the drooling stopped. Don't know if the issues are related. Sorry, no advice for you... only sympathy!!!!!

 

Just sympathy here too, sorry. Ethan is my drooler. He's coming up to 3 and he still does it as well. It did improve a bit once all his teeth were in (I stopped having him wear a bib shortly after he turned 2), but it hasn't stopped completely.
