As all of us w/ boys know, there is not near the selection of boys shoes (among other things) as there are for girls. Which is really fine, but I am still in search of something other than tennis shoes (already have some) for Fall/Winter. They will mostly be wearing them to church or when we go someplace other than the playground.
I posted a couple of months ago about Robeez Tredz (i think i called them "trendz"). There were a test shoe for Robeez and are no longer available in most stores. Does anyonen have any of these...Robeez Tredz? I keep seeing them on ebay but haven't purchased any yet. Both of my boys have wide feet and wondered how these run.
What are your boys wearing besides tennis shoes this Winter?
    TIA

I don't have the ones you're talking about, but I just bought a pair of Robeez for our one year old last weekend. He's got some BIG feet...very wide and kinda chunky. I bought the 12-18 months size and they're perfect. They are nice and stretchy and he still had plenty of room to grow. I was kind of reluctant to spend the $30 on them, but so far, they've totally been worth it. A friend of mine mentioned today (when she saw our's) that she's washed her daughter's several times and they've held up beautifully.

Have you looked at the PediPeds? They have some cute ones on Zappos.com.

My son has a huge, wide foot (9 XW at 2 and some change). I go to the Stride Ride outlet and get him shoes.

I am going to get a pair of See Kai Run for DS. They have a lot of selection and are adorable. Another cute site to look at is puddlejumpershoes.com. We are considering some there for both babies.

We've loved Preschoolians. Each pair comes with insoles for narrow, medium, and wide. They seem well made and good for little walkers. No super dressy shoes, but I really like the wingtip style they have for boys. Also important, they have a 40% twin discount, so they aren't quite so expensive!

    Good luck.

Preschoolians are very soft and flexible. Their general philosophy follows "barefoot is best" but sometimes you just have to wear shoes, so soft is good.

I found a pair of shoes for DS at Children's Place (online). They're not super dressy, but nicer than tennis shoes. And, the price was right!!

We got some nice black ones at Target, They aren't too stiff if you know what I mean. My boiys have wide feet too and they are comfortable in these. We also just bought some shoes at the BOGO sale at Payless that aren't tennis shoes. I love it when they have that sale.

Oh man, Sunday shoes for boys make me crazy! I hate to spend big $$$ on shoes they wear once a week. I like to spend $15 or less. I buy nice tennis shoes or hiker type boots for school, but once a week shoes are different! This time, when all my boys needed new Sunday shoes I tore my town apart looking for some. They were all expensive, not cute, and the selection was the pits. I finally ended up buying some at the Stride Rite outlet when I was visiting the outlets a few weeks ago. I hated spending $30 per boy, but I was getting embarassed with them still wearing their worn-out summer sandals!
