I never had gender dreams when I was pregnant with Abby & Kate. Come to think of it, I never really had baby dreams at all. In the past month I have had 2 very vivid baby dreams. Both times the baby was definitely a boy. When we had our u/s at 18 weeks the baby definitely looked like a girl. Isn't that crazy? I know u/s can be wrong, but I am still pretty sure this baby is a girl. I told DH we should pick a boys name too just in case. (This should be fun considering we still haven't agreed on a girl's name!) I wish I had more looks at this baby! Having multiple u/s with the twin pregnany definitely put me more at ease, and I felt more prepared! This time I really feel like I'm missing out by not seeing the baby more often.

Does anyone else feel this way?

Has anyone else had gender dreams? Were they right or wrong?

The only time I had gender dreams were when I was pregnant with DS. From the very beginning I knew exactly what he was going to look like and that he was a boy. With the girls I knew they were twins and was not at all surprised when that was confirmed at my first u/s at 27 weeks.

I have twin dreams.. I always believe there are two in there instead of the one we know is in there. :( I always dream that the 'extra' baby is a girl. Not crazy at all!

Oh, I totally know what you mean! I had one u/s at 9 weeks (big deal b/c it just looks like a bean...lol) and then I went and did a 3D/4D at 20 weeks...but that's it. At the 20 week one, we got about 4 good "crotch" shots in a 40 minute time frame and even I could recognize that there was nothing there...lol! So, we are 99.9% sure it's another girl...but it could always be wrong. We have 2 boy names that we've always like (and agreed upon...imagine that!!!), but I would still be totally shocked if *she* came out a *he.*

The ONLY reason I went and PAID for the 3D/4D was the fact that after so many u/s with the twins, it was KILLING me by not getting a glimpse of this baby adn I nearly cried for days b/c I was so upset that my dr. wasn't doing one. I was an emotional wreck and no one really understood why. I felt SO much better and had much more peace of mind after that that it hasn't bothered me one bit in the past 14 weeks after that.

Anyway, about the dreams. I had 3 VERY vivid dreams (to the point where I knew length adn weight of the baby at birth) BEFORE that u/s. In all 3 of my dreams, the baby was a girl. So, for me, as long as the baby comes out a girl...it will have been true.

I can't remember with the twins if I had any gender dreams or not.

I have been having dreams lately that ours is a girl. We don't know what we are having, so it adds to the suspense. Having one of each, I don't prefer to have one or the other, but in my dreams, its always a little girl. I guess we will have to wait and find out for a few more months.

I knew I was having girls at the first shocking u/s when we found out it wa twins. I just knew im my heart and wasnt surprised at all at the next u/s when we were told they where girls. I had my first dream about this baby last week. I had gone into labor and called Dh and let him know. He told me thats nice and didnt show up  After I delivered and they let me hold and kiss my baby b4 cleaning him/her up as they walked away they said its a boy Since Dh hadnt shown up for the birth I named that baby I had picked out and Dh isnt so sure of. I have been calling this baby a he from the beginning but really havent had a feeling as to what I am growing inside me.

I had 2 vivid dreams when progo with Lily, both times the baby was a girl... and that is what we got. We didn't find out at our U/S so it was a suprise, but in my dreams, I knew...

I never had any dreams about the sex of my boys. We waited to find out. I had a hunch one was a boy and one was a girl but I think at the time that was really just wishful thinking. This time around I am just having wacky dreams and am trying not to think about boy/girl too much until I am positive as positive gets that this pregnancy will stick!

I had a dream that I was shopping with my mom and I had twin girls on the day before I found out I was pregnant with my girls. Strange!

When I was preggo with Grant:
From the night I found out I was preggo until the night before my u/s I had dreams of having a girl. I was even talking to my belly saying "Megan". Well when I had my u/s and he told me it was a boy, I was SHOCKED! I was positive I was having a girl...but now I have Grant.

THis pregnancy just feels different from the rest. I REALLY feel (even more so than with Grant) that it is a girl. I am only a little nauseous and I just have a REALLY strong feeling that I am having a girl. We'll find out in about 10 weeks or so whether I am right or not...

    ETA:
With the twins I only had a couple dreams and it was that I was having a boy and a girl.

When I was preg with the girls, I dreamed they were calico kittens - calico cats are almost always girls so from that dream I knew they were girls. with all three of my boys I just felt like they were boys - when I found out ds#3 was on his way - I told my in laws by asking them if they remembered the theme song for that tv show My 3 Sons - they asked why and I said cause I think we're going to need to know it!

I haven't had dreams but Lily Belle has predicted both of my pregnancies. With the boys we told her we were expecting before the sonogram that showed twins. When we told her, "Mommy has a baby in her tummy" (remember, she was two at the time!) she said, "No, you have two babies in your tummy." We laughed and said no, just one. Were we shocked when we found out a few weeks later that it was twins! AND with this pregnancy, she came up to me one evening before we had told her we were expecting and she kissed my belly - I asked her what she was doing and she said "kissing the girl baby in your belly"! My little psychic!
