I know it seems like a pain, but it can be a true blessing. If I hadn't been going to both the OB and MFM, my little one's IUGR would not have been caught for another 4 weeks. Now, we've made it 6 weeks longer than expected and my girls are looking great.

Just remember that it's all worth it in the end! :good:

I totally understand! I was having 3 or 4 appointments for the last several weeks (and it's over an hour to most of my appointments and they won't let me drive). It was totally driving me crazy. But it is MUCH better to spend your time in waiting rooms and get to go home to your own bed than to be in the hospital. Put that off as long as you can! And I'm in a comfy room, with nice nurses, and whatever I want to eat. I even have a good view. But there's no place like home. And I can only imagine how much more poking, proding, and limitations they put on the diabetic moms. So hold on to being at home. You can do it!!!

    Hugs,
    Dominique

It is getting hard to go so many times. Especially when I have to take all the kids with me.

Sorry, it will be worth it to have healthy babies, and this will all be just a memory soon. If I have multi visits in one week I try and plan them all on the same day. That way I feel like Im only going to one and my hole week dosn't get sucked up.

I think the hardest part of all the apps is the fact im not allowed to drive too and so i have to work around DH or my mom plus the apps range from 15 mins to like 1 1/2 So taking my son to the dr isn't always easy plus my ob said he can't come back due to the fit he threw last week!!
