Just looking for some advice on a good double stroller. We got a Bugaboo for our son which is useless now that we will have twins. Looking for a good, easy to use double stroller. We have no baby stores in our area so I can't really test out anything.

I have a graco that I can latch the car seats into. It's kind of expensive though brand new.

Look on www.craigslist.com under baby stuff. People are always selling baby stuff

i have the Chiccp twin and love it, i recommend it. I had the Combi twin and it was ok too... I took it back because the shades were all messed up and i did not like that. :)

What is your price range, because that makes all the difference.

We really don't have a price range, I would like to spend less than we did on the Bugaboo, but if it's a good stroller it's totally worth it to me.

We have the Graco Duoglider and it works great. Very easy to maneuver despite being on the big side. It is a bit heavy and takes up a lot of room in the back of my SUV but I still like it. It came with one car seat and base but it will hold two. The infant seats snap right in and when they grow out of the infant seats it will hold two toddlers.
I know a lot of people like the snap n go. It's just a frame so very light weight but no storage room and once they are out of the infant seats it is no good anymore so you have to buy another stroller for when they are toddlers.
I just picked up a side by side double umbrella stroller and a double jogging stroller at a yard sale for $40 total! Can't wait to use them when the girls are a little bigger.

I dont think you can go wrong with a Graco Duoglider as a good stroller to start with. You can use it with the carseats (if you use gracos) and then without. I also bought a Combi Twin Savvy SBS because I didnt really feel like the Graco Duo gave them enough support before they knew how to sit up unassisted. But now that they sit unassisted the Duo is usually the first choice because of the ease of manueverability and the big basket underneath. I think my dream stroller is a Valco Twin Tri Mode but I have yet to find a place near me that sells it and I dont really want to shell out all that money without seeing it. Good luck

I agree with the others that posted that the Graco DuoGlider is GREAT. I love it! Baby Depot carries it for much less than BRUS. :D

For the early days, I loved loved loved the double snap n go. It was lightweight, easy to get around and just a frame to snap the infant car seats into. Plus they are very reasonably priced, I even found mine used for half price :) Now that they are sitting up and out of infant car seats, we use the Combi Twin Savvy EX. I like it a lot, but I will tell you two downsides to it. 1) the seats sit up but they are still on a slight recline. I don't know if this is standard with all strollers, but it would be nice if they had the option to sit completely straight up. 2) it isn't great on offroad type conditions, so if you want one for hiking or the beach or something, this isn't the stroller for that.

The big plusses for me are that it is super light weight, easy to maneuver, and the kids seem comfortable in it.

WE researched and got the Combi Twin savvy and we love it. WE needed 1 stroller because I coud not afford 2. It fully reclines so even though i could not put car seats in it i could put a newborn in it. It manuveres great and I love the kids cup holders we use them for snacks all the time. Lots of pockets! We got our off the internet on a free shipping promotion from albeebaby.

I use the duoglider, and we're an anti-SUV family. It fits fine in the trunk of my mid-size sedan. I don't like to take it on "quick trips" though. To the grocery or anywhere I'm in-and-out, I put one boy in a carrier (sling or front pack) and the other in his carseat in a cart. So much easier that way.

Maybe I am in the minority on this one, but I HATED the tandem strollers and so did the girls. They prefered the side by side where they can see out as well as each other. We had the Peg Perego tandem that the infant seats clipped into but that's going on craigslist and we've been using the cheap-o Jeep double umbrella stroller. I really love it for taking them out, only thing is, it doesn't have a basket underneath.

We have the Snap n Go and for later, the Maclaren Twin Techno. I LOVE the Maclaren! I tried it out as well as the Combi, Duoglider, and a couple others. It was by far the easiest to maneuver, very lightweight and folds up nice and small. They also have another double stroller that has less bells and whistles and does not cost as much.

I found the duoglider to be WAY too heavy, plus I don't think it would have fit in my car. I didn't like the Combi - it was hard to steer. The Maclaren handled really well! I also talked to someone who had the Peg Perego, and they did not like it at all.

I also had a Duoglider & it was great in the beginning b/c I could snap the carseats into it, or they could sit in just the stroller. As they got bigger, though, that thing was HEAVY to push around. By about 1 yr old, I was hating that thing.

There's a website called strollerqueen.com, I think, that if you pay her a $30 fee she'll research the perfect stroller for you & then find you the best deal. It's pretty cool! If you're looking at spending $500 or so on a stroller (which is easy to do), it's worth it. I looked at sooooooooooooooo many strollers, and some of the ones that I thought looked pretty good were the Bobs. Too pricey for me, though. :( :( If you want a jogger style (or any side by side) just keep in mind the width & see if it will fit through doorways. It's so embarrassing to get stuck.

I have two strollers and I really like both, for different reasons. For when they were really little, just born, I always used my Graco Quattro Tour and really like it because it is very easy to open/close, it easily fits in my car, and I can put both car seats in it. I still use my Quattro Tour for when I take the babies with me shopping or anywhere with a long car ride when it would just be easier to snap in their car seats. It's narrow enough to fit down narrow aisles in the grocery store!

For my birthday I got a Schwinn double jogging stroller and that thing is the BEST!! It is so light weight and easy to push, and the girls just love it because they can both see out of it. However, it doesn't really fold very well and is very awkward to get into my car and then it takes up the entire trunk, no room for groceries with it in there. Also, it is too wide to fit in the doorways of my house and is too wide to get into a lot of doorways.

If I had to choose just one I guess I would choose the Quattro Tour, but I really like both. Oh and I'd like to add that my parents have the Duo Glider but we all prefer the Quattro Tour to that one as far as the tandem (is that the right word?) strollers go. The Quattro Tour has more storage room underneath and is just a nicer stroller than their Duo Glider.
