In case you are hunting for strollers most ev. recommends a double snap-n-go so I got one. THE BACK WHEELS DON'T SWIVEL which is like STONE AGE technology.

You need 2 hands to steer so if you have a toddler who needs their hands held or they dash or you are miserable.

It gets you from A to B but you're so frustrated after feeling like you pushed your minivan around you don;t even care you made it to point B!

I had a toddler who still needed to go to the park, ect, so it's used, but my cheap double jogger (The Expedition) can turn with my pinky finger and still hold my toddlers hand.

Just a Public service announcement I wish I had read!!! Good luck mama's :tease:

I love mine... but can totally relate that it doesn't move the easiest... I can't even imagine what I would use with a toddler and babies! hopefully you find another solution.

but the reasons I love my DSNG are that its light weight and fits in my car and mostly b/c it takes both car carriers. I also am able to put seat closest to me in backwards and they face each other... giving us more time to enjoy the stroller... their feet overlap so much now at 20 months, but its helpful for me to be able to strap them into the carseats in the house in the DSNG then roll it out to the car...

good luck finding a better solution for you.

I quite liked it (it was useful, let's put it that way), and I am not really keen on front back strollers. Of course my Mountain Buggy (used a Lascal kiddie board for my oldest) was way easier to steer (one finger) but with the cold Chicago winters, going in and out of the car, to the mall, the store or the doctor, I think it was well worth the money (I got a second hand). My oldest was 2 1/2 when the twins were born, quite an easy girl and I told her to hold the stroller when crossing the street and she did (does; same with shopping trolleys, etc.). For me the benefits in those first weeks / months outweighed the disadvantages, so to speak.

I liked ours too and we'll be using it again with these next 2. It was just so easy to pop in the carseats and I didn't have to take them out of the seats to go shopping or anything. Sorry it didn't work for you though - I hope you can find something you like! FWIW, the McClaren Twin techno is similar as far as you can't steer it with one hand (or at least it's nearly impossible to do) so stay away from that one too if you need one hand for your DS. Have you ever thought of using a toddler back carrier (like a Kinderpack or Beco) for your 2 year old so you can put him on your back while you push the babies? We used carriers a LOT to get through the first few years with the twins and they were lifesavers!

I don't know if I understand this correctly. Are your twins still in the removeable "bucket" style infant car seats? Or are you using the DSNG with convertible car seats? If you can use the DSNG with convertible seats, that is awesome!

I hated ours as well, flimsy and totally unstable! I much prefer to lug the duoglider in and out of the van as i feel the babies are attached more securely and the weight doesn't bother me. Although to do it all over again we would have splurged for the double quattro vs the duoglider.
