    Hi,
We started cereal about a week ago, and they really seemed to like it, and ate very well. Now for the past 3 feedings, they don't want it anymore, they pull a gross face, and spit it all back out, and they both do it.
    What's going on????

mine never really liked it, i ended up just pureeing apple's or mushing bananas up for breakfast.

My kids have all hated plain cereal...I would try putting some fruit in with it, or just moving on to a veggie or fruit!

Same here. I'm about to just give up on cereal. I've tried mixing it with all kinds of stuff and they keep giving me the :bad: face. Now we're just doing formula in the morning again.

My mother watched them for me yesterday for about 3 hours and she said that one mine wouldn't eat it. She's a fussy baby so I thought that my mother just wasn't trying hard enough. Well, I tried today and they BOTH won't eat it.

After tasting it myself, I kind of don't blame them! Ick. it's like cardboard!

But are they too young for anything more? I've been giving them the cereal for about a week.

    K.C.:
I don't know if they are to young for other food, I even thought of mixing some fruit juice, or fruit with the cereal to give it a different taste, but I don't know if you can.
I'm in the same boat, and I feel my girls are ready for a bit of a change. (They love tylenol white grape flavour) So I can't wait to feed them something good, instead of cereal that taste exactly like formula except thick.

I would go for it girls! Just stick with one new food every 3-5 days. My kids started on fruits and veggies at 4 months.
