My birthday is this saturday and my DH is going crazy trying to figure out what to get me. Before the twins, we always made big deals out of our birthdays and I always wanted a million different things. This year I can't think of one thing!! I just want to go out to eat with my family. So we are doing that but as to what to buy me, I just don't know. What did you get or want for your birthday? Need suggestions as what to tell him so he can go get it.

Oh god! I could have written your post!! I dont know what I want either - I suggested a spa package so that I could go for facials and pampering once a month for the next 12 months.....

well, we don't have anyone to babysit our girls so I would want him to stay with the girls for the day and send me for a Spa day with a friend. I would want to be pampered with a full body massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, good food and good conversation with a girlfriend. That would be a darn nice day for me.

My Dh gave me a girls weekend. He took the ladies while I went to my 10 year college reunion with some friends. It was great to sleep in for the first time in months! But by the end of the second day, I was more than ready to come home and snuggle with my ladies. -Leighann

I'm no help! I so seldom want anything! I am such a hard person to buy from! A date night perhaps would be ideal!

We didn't have alot of money this year, so I told my dh to have my son pick something out for. (he's 3) It was the sweetest... he was sooo excited. He got me a hello kitty necklace, and hairclips, plus a few stuffed animals. lol

Honestly, and I know this sounds totally cheesie, but I feel like I won the lottery with my boys. My birthday was just a couple of days before they were born and I didn't ask for a thing - my babies were my present. Since my birthday is close to theirs (I'm Feb 29/March 1 when it's not a leap year and they're March 3) I think it'll mostly be about them in the future and that's fine with me. If I had a fairy god mother I might ask for a spa day though...or at least a spa afternoon.

My babies were born in November 05 and my birthday is in December -- I was so tired, I couldn't think of a single thing I might want. I had no time to do anything anyway! So I think I asked for a copy of HSHHC. :D (I also got some gift cards to buy clothes online.)

This year, I have a huge list! I sit at my computer at work all day, so I've been listening to online radio and then making lists of CDs I would like to have.

Other than that, clothes are always good, though it's not the most romantic thing, since it's hard for someone else to pick out. Or is there some sort of tech gadget that would make your life easier -- like a hands-free phone headset? A tiny portable TV? An Ipod?

I didn't get anything (my choice) because I had a great mother's day (my b-day is in early June). There isn't much I ask for. I truly have everything I want.
