I am 32 weeks and I am feeling like I did when I first found out I was pg. Not quesy or vomiting just that feeling that I don't want to eat because I will get a stomach ache. Of course I force myself to eat small frequent meals, choose healthy stuff (but sometimes I have junk) and drink plenty of water. Especially hot food, I just can't even look or smell it. I want cold sweet food, mostly fruit. I was like this in the very beginning and don't understand why this is happening now again! Like I said, I try different things, bland things, small frequent meals but it doesn't help. So frustrated.

I think it happens because things are getting so cramped inside and there isnt much room for breathing let alone food so your body is saying no more. I had that issue once I hit like 30 weeks. I just forced myself to eat anything no matter what it was. You can also do the high protein drinks too. Keep going...you are almost there.

I am having that same problem right now. I have felt sick for the past two days like I was going to throw up and any kind of food seemed to make me sick. I am drinking my water though. Today I am a little bit hungry so I am taking advantage of that.

it's normal - you're just running out of room. I had the same issue. My nutritionist told me to just force down the protein (protein is the only thing you can't get from a vitamin) and vitamins and to drink water. you don't really need anything else right now.

I haven't been able to eat the entire pregnancy, just not hungry. I always have to remind myself but I am always thirsty so I just drink lots of water, keeps me full and I love fruit and I almost always make smoothies with whatever fruit I have just throw it in the blender and mix it all up, sometimes Its just easier to drink it than eat it. Good Luck!

I am only 18 weeks along and find that I really can't put a lot of food down, especially dinners. I think it is a combination of the pregnancy and the heat!

that's great advice. i also can't stand to think about food, but since i am hungry i need to eat something. fruit and ice cream are my friends these days. but i think i should take your nutritionists' advice and get my protein too.

Protein is very important! Have you tried the Boost or Ensure Protein drinks? I was drinking 3 a day.
