Dollhouse recommendations...

HI - can anyone recommend a good dollhouse that both girls can play w/ at the same time? They'll be 2 in June and I'd like to get them something for their birthday.

Ooooo! SYLVANIAN FAMILIES!!!!

I'm absolutely dyyyyying for my girls to be old enough for this one! Hee! (I'm pretty sure you can get them at TRU's in the states, but even if not, shipping isn't ungodly, and they'd have something none of their little friends have!)

So cute, I can't hardly stand the wait! You can add, and add to them, and there are even twin babies in alot of the Families.

 

Fisher Price's "My First Dollhouse" is really cute. We have the Loving Family one, but Nadia didn't get it until her 4th birthday -- I think 2 might have been a little young.

I haven't heard of Sylvanian Families -- but they look just like the Calico Critters that we have in the U.S. -- very cute! But again, the parts are really tiny, so I think they might be better for an older kid...

Are you looking for wood? Plastic? Tall enough that they can stand up and play? Barbie-sized dolls, or small ones? So many decisions.

 

Just realized your twins are the same age as mine. Any of the Little People sets are great for this age -- my little ones love the Little People Sweet Sounds Home (although I think it's been discontinued since we got it).
