Does your baby have funky hair/cowlicks?

Poor AJ! He has stick-straight hair, and it goes in about ten different directions! When you look at him from behind, you see a bald spot (from rubbing), hair going down, up, right, left, and in a little whorl! The worst is the large patch on the top/back of his hair, which wants to come straight forward! I just have to laugh and say that my poor baby is destined for buzz-cuts!

I'm attaching a pic of the back of AJ's head: My poor guy - doomed to have bad hair for life!

I thought that maybe some of YOUR babies have the same problem, and we could share a laugh (or a sigh).

(Also, any advice on how to manage cowlicky hair - when he's older - would be appreciated! )

 

Well, my DS, Jason is still pretty much bald. Mostly peach fuzz. But my poor Reagan was born with a head full of black hair. Now she's rubbed most off in the upper part of the back. And the top is thinning and turing blonde. She still has a lot of dark hair around the bottom though!!

 

oh yeah cow lick city here, no advice but even with all the cow licks I think there hair looks good so hopefully it will stay that way!

My DD has very long hair but it is only on the top of her head. It looks like she has a mohawk. Sometimes I just wet my fingers and run it through her hair in the morning to calm it down.

 

both of my girls have some crazy hair!! keigin (left) has a cowlick on the top of her head and it sticks strait up like Alfalfa, and Kaylin (right) has a cowlick right on her forehead. its cute but she is gonna hate it when she gets older!!

My James has crazy hair. He has hair like his sister, straight for a few inches then it turns into ringlets. It's gorgeous on my 3 yr old, but it just makes James look like he has a horrible case of bed head. It's even worse after a bath because it just sticks up everywhere. I wish I could share a pic, but a couple of someones smeared jelly on my camera lens. <_<

 

Oh God DS's hair is horrible.. It was so bad that i shave it! He has cowlicks in the front and on the top and on the back..

 

Hair is something we have plenty of in my family. The attached is a good hair day, usually they look like mad professors!
