Does this every happen to you?

So, when I cough, sneeze, yawn.. there are times when I get a sudden sharp pain in my lower abdomen (underbelly). It feels like a muscle being pulled really quickly but of course, any sharp pain freaks me out. I asked a pregnant friend of mine if she gets this feeling and she said no... so now I think I'm weird. :wacko:

 

All the time! The same thing happens if I try to turn in bed or stand too quickly. Gotta love those ligaments.

 

Sounds like round ligament pains. You know, I didn't have any with the twins...like you described. But, with Olivia, I got them all of the time...changing positions, forceful coughing/sneezing, standing too long, etc. It was weird.

 

It sacred me to but the girls are right...ligament pain. My OB said it is worse this time around because I had twins the first time.

I sleep with a pillow under my belly at night but if I roll over the pain wakes me.

It part of the fun of being with child.

Its happens to me too. My sister who hasnt had twins, when I told her of the pains said I was weird too.

 

I agree with the others, same thing happened to me in the beginning...but count your blessings! At least you are not peeing your pants every time too (yet!) :huh: ...gotta love pregnancy!!!!!!
