does anyone know of any twin

specifice mommy and me classes in NJ. i took my dd to the Little Gym but i think it may to big of a task to try and take to infants to a gym class alone. does anyone do this??

 

I don't, but I do know that our local mulitiples group does go to My Gym once a month, they have a special deal with them, for $5/child. I haven't done it yet, but would like to when mine are a little older and I can keep up with them both. Do you belong to your local mulitples group, they may have some ideas.

 

I take my 2 yr old to Little Gym. I asked the instructor if I needed to have a helper if I signed the babies up. She said as long as there were no other twins in the class she could help me & it would even work out good for her because she could use *her* twin to demonstrate. (She may not know what she is getting herself in for )If you know the instrutor for their class you could ask. I'm going to do the session that starts in June when they will be almost 9 months.

 

I would check with your local twin mom's chater of the Mother of Twins Association. They would know of any classes that were twin-friendly! Here is the link.

FYI- we are going to the Little Gym tomorrow, they said that the instructor will help me with the boys! i hope that it works out, my daughter went and loved it!!

I take the babes to play groups and mother goose classes. I am usually able to handle them both but often the leader offers to hold one during the songs and stuff. It just takes practice and once you get to know people, you get to know who likes to help.
