I am 33 weeks now and I am so tired I can hardly keep my eyes open. I don't sleep well at night because of getting up so much to pee and during the day I am so tired. I try to take naps but with an active four year old it is hard. What do I do?

I have the same problem. My 4 year old does not want to take naps during the day & I need one so badly!! I'm constantly exhausted!!

Boy do i feel for you - I'm only 14w and I am dragging tail like crazy. Luckily my two children are older and are willing to fend for themselves when Mommy needs a rest.

Is there any way you can hire a middle schooler as a mother's helper a few days a week? Just for a couple of hours while you nap or just need someone to run interference with your four year old?

YIKES! I'm 28wks and sleep really well through the night (minus getting up every 2hrs -EXACTLY to pee-but I can fall right back to sleep, usually) so what's my excuse?? I go into work for 7am and by 11 I'm almost asleep at my desk...by 2pm, I'm almost in tears because my belly hurst so bad just to walk!!

best rest for all of you!!!

I am 10 1/2 weeks and tired all the time. Most people have told me its the 1st trimester tired thing, and I'm hoping that is true. I'd like to get some of my energy back, even if it is just for a little bit!

I feel better than in my first trimester, but I can't sleep!!! I am so tired, but I just lay in bed awake all night. I'm a little uncomfortable, but mostly I just can't sleep. WHY!!!

I can't sleep at night too, and on some days, I just doze off in front of the computer at work! For those of you with bigger kids at home, can you get some help so you can get some rest in the day? Its not funny feeling tired all the time, not forgetting that you won't get to sleep when the babies come!!

I'm at 15 weeks and I am exhausted. I will go to bed at night dead tired but I am awake starting at about 3 am - my stomach is just uncomfortable - don't know how to pinpoint it. Doesn't hurt, but just nags. Anyway, very hard to get throught the days without lying down but I can never truly fall asleep. Folks say this will be better soon after first trimester but doesn't feel like it is going away. Already pretty big and just getting bigger. :) Luckily though, I work from home so I don't have to be alert at a job all day. I really feel for you folks.
