We have no teeth yet and no sign of them either. The babies like to chew on things but it doesn't seem to be teething. They aren't drooling or anything. I remember teething twins pretty well, my first set started teething at 5 months and just got one right after the other. I'm not worried yet as I'm still nursing and not looking forward to being bit with teeth anyway. I was just wondering if others with 8 month olds are still without teeth.

My daughter got her first tooth at 4 months! So I am finding it strange that my boys are almost 7 months and have none! They have been drooling and biting on everything since 2 months! Both have a little rash on their chins from all the drool and I am wiping their chins constantly!
I am checking all the time!!

Mine both got their first tooth between 7.5 and 8 months old. They seemed to be teething like crazy since about 4 months old and then weren't doing it too much at all when those teeth finally came out. It was a surprise.

Both of mine have their two bottom teeth and my son is working on another right now. He got his first one around 7.5 months and his second at 8 months. My daughter got her first one around 9.5 months and her second around 10 months.

Mine will be 9 months old the day after Christmas. Grace has had 2 teeth since early November. Lily still has none, but she's been miserably teething for like a month now. I really would love for her to pop some soon. [IMG]

Nope, no teeth here either but I'm not at all worried. They'll come eventually!

Lily is cutting one now, and she's miserable. Grange doesn't have any yet. My oldest DD didn't get her first until 11 months. I remember getting worried, but the pedi said not to until she's past her first birthday and still doesn't have any. Better later than early for me since I'm breastfeeding.

My girls didn't get their first tooth until 16 and 18 months!!! We thought they were teething at 6 months - little did we know their first tooth wouldn't come until a year later!

Mine DD didn't get her first tooth till 4 days after her first bday! DS had a few starting at 7 mos.... now they have a mouth full! My pedi said the later teeth are generally healthier!!

Raymond has 6 teeth and Elizabeth has 7. They both have the four top front and two front bottom, but Elizabeth just cut another bottom one. I've been lucky, they aren't too cranky and they are coming in one right after another.

Mine got their first teeth at 7 months. They both got their first tooth one weekend and the second tooth the very next weekend. Then it was at least a month before any more teeth came in. By 12 months, Sarah had 7 teeth and Amy had 4. Amy is just now getting two more (at 13 months).

We are lucky that they both are pretty easy teethers. Amy makes more of a fuss than Sarah (Sarah got 4 at once and we didn't even realize it till we looked in her mouth), but still not bad, she just chews and drools a lot.

The girl's have been teething since they were 3 months old and still no sign of teeth. I'm kind of nervous for when the teeth come in because I'll tell you what they are crabby now and they have no teeth.

If it makes you feel any better I've heard that the later teeth come in the stronger they are. Hopefully less cavities. [IMG]
