at 25w 6 days baby A was 1lb 14oz and baby B was 1lb 14oz at 29wk 6 days baby A weighed 2lb 10oz and baby B 2lb 12oz. Our doctor said this was close to the 10th percentile I think it was 13th and 18th to be exact. and at the 25w 6 day they were at the 38th to 43rd percentile.. They haved both been moving quite a bit and their heartbeats have been staying around 140 with accelerations at 27 1/2 weeks that the nurse said were seen more often at 30 wks + Thanks any info can help...

I had the same thing happen to me... I cant remember the details w/o looking in my "records" but they just watched it closely. When they were born at 38w6d, baby a was 6lbs 6oz and baby b was 5lbs 4oz.

As long as they are moving and everything continues along steadilty I wouldnt be worried.

**On a side note, welcome to TS!! You should check out or "big sister" program! (The link is in my siggy!!)

I'm in the same boat right now. My boys were 1lb 11 ozs at 25 weeks adn 1lb 13ozs and 1lb 15ozs at 27 weeks. I'm worried they are too small, even though it's still in the 20% range. I'm seeing my peri today to ask him about it. He's an Intra Uterine Growth Restriction guru so I take to heart everything he says. I'll let you know what he says this afternoon.

Heather, I'm so glad your babies were so big! We're worried they'll be too small at birth.

Okay, I'm finally back from the peri. He said that although my boys are in the 20th% they are doing just fine and there is nothing to worry about. Usually, I get measurements done every other week, but this time he scheduled it for 3 weeks. He really is not concerned. I don't think you have much to worry about either. :D

At 24 weeks Jessy was already 3 weeks behind in growth because of her 2 vessel cord. She never caught up and was born weighing 2lbs 13oz but very vigorous. She does have a heart murmur most likely caused by her IUGR. She is still small for her age but we have twins on here who were born weighing more and are smaller than she is. HTH PM me if you want to and do look into the big sis program

Congrats on your pregnancy and welcome to TS!

With the constant monitoring you are receiving, it doesn't sound like anything that should be a drastic cause for concern. You may just have smaller babies.
