I feel like I'm making a million different things in order to get them to eat the last couple of days. Not sure if they don't feel well or they are getting picky. Noah only wants to eat fruit...he eats a little of his "main course" and then starts whining. I give him fruit and he stops. I don't want them to lose weight but I also don't want to have to keep making things at every meal...what do you do?

For a couple of weeks, I did make a bunch of stuff at each meal trying to figure out what they like. My girls are P-I-C-K-Y. This is what the eat in a day, maybe it will give you suggestions:

    breakfast:
    Waffle
    banana

    lunch:
    grilled cheese or easy mac
    grapes

    snack:
    yogurt
    mandarin oranges

    dinner:
still eating stage 2 chicken and apples (there is SOOO much we have tried and they won't eat)
    frozen peas
    cheese
    sometimes a cracker

snacks throughout the day if needed:
    Ritz crackers
    animal crackers
    raisins
    cheese

    Hi

My girls are 10 months & I'm facing the same problem with their food. They will only eat when they're starving!!!!

They hate cereals!!! I don't know what to give them for their breakfast...any othe suggestions pls???

For lunch (after making & trying everyhting...) they like their Heinz Squash, sweet patato & Fruits. How much should they be eating? They only share 1 big jar of veg & fruit between them. What do u do to get them to open their
mouth!!!!!!!!!!! They hate sitting in ther high chair...! They still wake up at nite!!!

Most people say it's because they're teething...but that goes on forever right????

my guys eat waffles, pancakes, french or plain toast for breakfast. I plan on trying egg yolks soon.
They will eat those different kinds of ravioli that gerber makes, carrots, grilled cheese, frnech fries, potatoes (mashed, or baked), any kind of fruit, all kinds of crackers, cheese, sometimes meatballs, sometimes pasta, applesauce, baby yogurt. I am trying to give them new things but I still feel like I'm making multiple meals to get enough into them. This is crazy!

Wow! You are doing great! Do they feed them selves or do u feed them? How much of these things do they eat?

I was making so much too then I gave up & used to eat it all myself! I think the prob with my girls is that if they don't like the texture, they won't eat it in 1st spoon!!!!!!! But if I give it to them in their hand they will eat it!!! But I find that they don't eat well & most of it goes on the floor if they are feedign them selves, you really have to sit & feed them their main meals properly.

if it's something they can't pick up I feed it to them..otherwise they pick up everything and feed themselves. As to how much they are eating:
for example at breakfast they will each eat a waffle and split a banana
for Lunch they will split one of those containers of pasta pickups and then 1/4 c of carrots, and fruit.

That sounds great, I will do that from now on & see how we get on....I believe there must be a big mess at the end of it all!!!!!!!!!

I feel I'm in a good routine with them.... do you mind if I ask what your routine is pls...see if I'm going wrong anywhere.
