So, we have been talking about names for this little girl and of course, there is NOTHING we can compromise on...lol...here we go again!

Anyway, do you like the name Ryann for a middle name for a girl? I love the name Ryan for a girl, but too many people would think it's a boy (and DH would NOT go for it), but I like it for a middle name and he's half-way considering it. It would be pronounced the same as Ryan, I just thought adding the extra "n" makes it look like it has "ann" in it which is feminine.

We like the first name of Olivia (but there are others that I like and DH isn't sold on...so nothing is 100%) just bouncing off some ideas.

    Olivia Ryann Connar
    Olivia Reece Connar
    Olivia Paige Connar
    Olivia Grace Connar

    Hailey Ryann Connar
    Hailey Grace Connar

    Abigail Grace Connar

I like Hailey too, but DH isn't so sure....we like Abigail Grace also, but it's REALY popular these days...both the first and middle name together. I would prefer something that won't be shortened. I like Abby is cute, but Morgan and Reagan aren't names that won't be shortened.

What do you think of some of these? Like I said, just bouncing around some ideas...it's SO hard for us to compromise, espeically on ANOTHER girl name...lol! Who knows, I'll probably come up with something differnet next week. we don't plan on picking a name 100% until she is born and we see her.

Those names all sound good and area all pretty popular right now. Someone I know just named her daughter Riley...I like that too. As for Ryann, I think you are safe as a middle name.

GOtta be honest, I'm not a huge fan of boys names for girls, but that's just me. It certainly doesn't sound horrible.

you know it's funny but I normally don't like boys names for girls either....but as a middle name and with the extra 'n' I actually do like Ryann... especially combined with your really girly first name choices... I think it's pretty. I'm not a fan of Reece..I think it's really overused these days....Better to have an overused traditional like Abigail, than a overused fad choice... but that's just MHO. :) Plus I always conjure up the peanut butter cups whenever I run across that name!! (my friend's little girl is Reese...) i just can't get beyond the plural of that name..Reese's.... oh well!! LOL!

We have really hard time with girls' names too... go figure!! We've got probably half a dozen boy names we could easily pick!! But I'm happy with my little princesses.

I think my favorite is Abigail Grace. Even if it's popular right now there is something very timeless about it. I'm a little biased about Grace because that is Bella's middle name. ;)

Good luck. We've now begun the name game as well.

My opinions for what it is worth... if you want a name that can't be shorted you need to take both Abigail and Olivia off the list. Abby and Livvy (or even Libby) are both going to be used. You would think people wouldn't shorten Alexis down, but many people call her Lexi (she corrects them immediately now). I like the name Ryann for a middle name, but expect people to try and say it Ray-ann (not a biggie though since it's just the middle name). All that said I like Olivia Ryann the best with Hailey Ryann a close second.

Well, I obvoiusly love the name Olivia and we actually considered Olivia Paige but I saved Paige for if/when we have another girl!!!

I think Ryann is a really pretty and different middle name.

    Go with Olivia!!!!
